These drawings are invalualble at this stage as they allow design options and project feasibility to be examined quickly and relatively cheaply, and provide clients with basic drawings for approaching builders, planners etc

As the design develops in more detail, CAD (computer produced) drawings will be required for the purposes of planning submission, building regulations and construction
