Kitchen/dining extension to rear

1930s houses are often good projects to work on as they are usually economically extendable in a way that gives useful new spaces suitable for family living. This is a perfect example – the clients opted for a 3.5m deep full width extension which needed planning consent as it exceeded permitted development rights. The result is a generously proportioned, fluid, light and open kitchen living dining space which perfectly accommodates family living needs.
