Conservation area extension & refurbishment

The clients had recently purchased a 1950s three-bed house on a large, attractive plot which they wished to substantially extend and refurbish. Through careful liaison with planners and conservation officer, a scheme evolved which met the client’s needs and was acceptable, with a little persuasion, to the local authority. The end result is a superb family home with generous kitchen, living and dining spaces, two additional bedrooms and converted loft.
