The next step is for the architect to undertake a full and accurate measured survey of the building which is then drawn-up on computer.

A comprehensive set of CAD drawings of the building and site ‘As Existing’ is required for both Planning and Lawful/Permitted Development Applications. The survey drawings produced will form a template for creating the ‘As Proposed’ set of scheme design and planning drawings described below.
