detail drawings and schedules

Even for small projects, it is an advantage to include as much detail as possible on the drawings which will help the builder both during construction and also to prepare a more accurate quote beforehand.

Detail drawings and schedules can include the following:

• lighting and electrical/power layout
• door and window schedules 
• plans showing floor finishes.
• ceiling plans showing light  positions etc
• internal elevations showing socket positions, wall finishes, tiling layouts etc
